Why Steel-Track?

Dear Prospective Client,

I used to have a much more exciting and well-written explanation of why people should choose to have a website built by Steel-Track Web Design on this page. It had all sorts of interesting metaphors, laid out the areas we excel in and all sorts of other fluff.

And what I realized is that it was way too long, confusing, and ultimately, boring.

The reasons that you should consider Steel-Track Web Design are simple:

  1. I am a one man operation with a large rolodex of graphics designers and programmers. This keeps our overhead extremely low while also allowing for more intimate relationships with clients. This saves you time, money, and most importantly, gives you a dependable friend in business.
  2. While some developers focus on style or interesting coding techniques, my main focus is usability. I am a firm believer that a website is a tool and that there is nothing worse than a tool that doesn't do what it is supposed to, and do it well.
  3. Finally, I believe in quality. Everything I touch I try to hold to a standard of quality that will be hard to find in other web firms, even enterprise level operations.

Sure, I could go on and on about my qualifications, awards and stuff like that, but at the end of the day what really matters is the work and the price. Steel-Track's goal is to equip small businesses with the same powerful tools and technology that large businesses have access to at a price that is affordable and a quality that is second to none.

Feel free to take a thorough look at my portfolio, or contact me to find out more about the services that I offer.

See you on the net!

You are using
Internet Explorer 6.

This browser is so old that even Google dropped support for IE6 in March 2010.

I have created this warning at the cost of Steel-Track's usability because I believe that IE6 stops the progress of new and better internet standards, and therefore websites.

If you can't do the following options because your IT Department won't allow you to upgrade, please file a formal request to at least allow a second browser such as Mozilla Firefox to be installed.

I recommend that you:
